Birthday mice

It’s not that often that I have to make a card for a child these days – at least not a young child. Most people in our lives have grown or no children so it’s always a bit of a challenge in finding the right image to work with. For todays card I’ve chosen an image from the Penny Black clear stamp set Critter Party, which was a fun image to work with! The image was coloured with Prisma pencils and then blended with Turpenoid (gamsol). I then added some two-way glue and added flower-soft & a tiny sprinkling of dazzling diamonds to the cupcake icing to add some dimension. If you enlarge the card you can make this out – it looks great IRL!
So looking forward to the weekend … thanks for taking the time to drop by!
